In an effort to support survivors who suffer as the result of a homicide that occurs within Orange County, the Orange County Homicide Investigators Association is committed to assisting immediate family members of homicide victims with specific needs through financial contributions. Part of OCHIA’s mission is to positively impact the community and improve the quality of life for crime victim families. OCHIA maintains funds to help support victim families in unique ways.
